Situated on a steeply sloping site overlooking the Aegean Sea, the residence is conceived as an extension of the natural landscape. Its design emerges from the site’s topography, with a series of linear volumes gradually embedded into the terrain, minimizing the building’s visual impact.
An Π-shaped configuration organizes the living spaces around a sheltered outdoor courtyard, while the main living areas open towards uninterrupted sea views. The bedrooms are integrated into the hillside, allowing the landscape to extend over the building.
Exposed concrete defines the horizontal planes, while local stone walls reinforce the connection to the surrounding terrain. The interplay of solid and transparent surfaces creates a continuous relationship between architecture, landscape, and the sea.
